John Greene, Executive Director, has been a Waldorf and Curative Education teacher
for over 18 years. He is the former administrator at Sunbridge College in New York. John
and his wife, Penni, are currently involved with a life sharing land program in Great Barrington,
Massachusetts, which promotes social change through local associative partnerships.
He is a board member of the Association for Healing Education which recognizes
the role children with learning differences play in the culture of education. |

Lynn Bufano, Institute Registrar, was for many years the food service coordinator and cotreasurer
of the Rudolf Steiner Institute. She was a kindergarten teacher and business manager
for fifteen years. She recently completed a five year Spacial Dynamics® Training. |

Donald Bufano, Treasurer, has been a Waldorf Teacher since 1977. A school consultant
and former chairman of Association of Waldorf Schools of North America, he is
currently High School Chair at the Waldorf School of Baltimore. |

Celia Riahi, Bookstore Manager, was the founder and director of The Other Mother, a Waldorf-inspired home day care in New York City. She has been a kindergarten teacher at the Hartsbrook Waldorf School in Hadley, Mass.for the past 17 years. She will soon reopen The Other Mother Program as The Cottage Garden and cultivate her lifelong love of painting and fiber arts as a small business. |

Pat Whitehead, Children's Program Coordinator. Pat is inspired by the work of Hiram
Trust in her native UK. She is the Director of Admissions at the Waldorf School of Baltimore.
She lives in north of Baltimore with her husband and two teenaged sons. |
