Work Study
WORK STUDY AT THE INSTITUTE
Work-study to reduce fees is available to all participants. It is a fun way to meet others attending and is a vital aspect to the community life of the Institute. Work-study is most needed for people staying two or three weeks but there are positions available for one-week students. Work hours are scheduled around your courses and will include at least one weekend shift. Work-study will reduce fees by the amounts listed below.
The work-study program is an integral part of the community life of the Institute. Participants often express gratitude for the opportunity to be able to work with others in this way as part of their Institute experience and we are most grateful for your help!
Please be prepared to arrive by 2 pm on Saturday for orientation and beginning your work-study. If you are attending the last week of our session, you may need to work Saturday morning July 26.
Work-Study is needed in the following areas:
- Kitchen: To help prepare and set-up and clean-up meals
- ChildrenŐs Program: Assisting in the childrenŐs programs
- Bookstore: To help set up, pack, do inventory, and use cash register
- Swimming: Please tell us if you are a certified lifeguard

WORK HOURS NOT COMPLETED WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FEES.
